On Tuesday Japanese fisherman killed dozens of dolphins that were hunted in the Taiji cove even though there have been numerous protests from the west against this kind of action. To hide what they were doing from the activists and journalists, the fishermen used a blue tarpaulin that partly hid them. This is something that Japanese fisherman have been doing every year. Some of the dolphins are sold to marine parks while others are killed and used for meat, and the remaining are released. The way in which the dolphins are handled is very inhumane. It's interesting with the concept of hunting to determine when it is okay to hunt and when it is considered morally wrong to kill these animals or take them from their natural habitats.
